Privacy
Privacy policy
Travail Digital Marketing, based in Edmonton, Alberta, respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, brand or store name, store web address, monthly revenue range, the services you are interested in and your message.
We also measure how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed and which buttons are clicked. This measurement does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you, understand your business and decide together whether we are a good fit. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Cookies and advertising
If you choose Accept on our cookie notice, we load advertising tags from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. They tell us which of our ads led you here and whether you sent an enquiry, so we can show our ads to people more likely to find them useful. If you choose Decline, these tags are never loaded.
If you accept and then send an enquiry, we may also share a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address with Meta to confirm the enquiry came from one of our ads. It cannot be read back as your email address.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers to host this website, deliver email and organize enquiries. They process information only on our behalf and only for those purposes. Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing travaildigitalsmarketing@gmail.com. To change your cookie choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date below.
